Search Terms
A name, place, or other query entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. This site does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy controls its handling after submission.
Messages
An email or contact-form message may be retained long enough to read, answer, and manage the request. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
