Choose the office by the custody stage or record needed:
- For a booking record, reviewed mugshot request, current-custody report, or bounded booking log, use PCSO Records and the county search path.
- For a warrant concern or later case result, contact Pitkin County Combined Court at 970-925-7635 or use the official Judicial Branch records channel.
- For a custody release or transfer alert, use Colorado VINE at 1-888-263-8463. VINE is not a photo or court-record service.
- For a person in state corrections, use the Colorado Department of Corrections inmate locator or its records-request office.
- For federal prison status, use the Bureau of Prisons locator. For qualifying immigration custody, use the ICE detainee locator.
- For a city incident report, contact Aspen, Basalt, or Snowmass Village Police. The police event record and PCSO jail booking record may be separate.
